Gruppo S.I. is constantly looking for qualified personnel to join its staff. We are recruiting Java Analyst-Programmers (ref. “JL07”) and Microsoft.net Analyst-Programmers (ref. “Net03”) for the Group's companies. We offer a permanent employment contract. Our unique feature is that we recruit recent high school and university graduates who have no prior programming knowledge, but who possess strong motivation and technical/scientific aptitude. Interested candidates must pass a numerical and abstract reasoning test to be admitted to a completely free training course. The training course is aimed at acquiring skills for programming in the Java or Microsoft.net environment. The training program includes selective classroom lessons and a 3-month on-the-job training period, during which participants will be working on real-world projects in production. A passion for IT, immediate availability, an aptitude for learning and solution design, and the ability to work in a team are the only prerequisites.
